Our Work
Imparted in 1996, manifested 2001 Divine Exchange Ministry, Inc. (DEMI) is a 501(c)(3) professional faith-based, life changing organization that administers a continuum of outreach and training services to youth, adults, and families in the District of Columbia Metropolitan area and is currently establishing services in the Metro Atlanta, GA area.
DEMI is a vibrant and vigilant, comprehensive and integrative, power filled faith-based organization created to concentrate on life changing solutions for life controlling challenges in high to moderate risk communities; designed to Embrace, Encourage, Edify, Educate, and Empower youth and adults from various walks of life.
The staff of DEMI have acknowledged and recognized a Divine Exchange in their lives. They are Anointed, Appointed and Assigned by God to reach out in high-risk communities, schools, treatment and transitional facilities and other faith/community organizations to share their experience, strength and hope.
We have been given a major assignment to teach the most profound principles of life: To look to a Loving God in Faith, for Fortitude and Freedom. We put into practice those spiritual principles for daily living, and we believe in order for one to receive a Divine Exchange in every area of his or her life, one must be willing to develop:
A New Awareness. . . A New Acceptance. . . A New Agenda. . .And the promise is to gain and obtainA New Attitude!

Women Of Exchange Empowerment
Women of Exchange Empowerment (WoEE) is a service component of the Divine Exchange Ministry, Inc. We are a Tribe of Spirit-filled, Spirit-led women who made a conscious decision to Exchange that which was negative to that which is positive. We are COMPASSIONATE, COMMITTED, CONCERNED, & CONSISTENT, in sharing Unconditional Love to the HOMELESS, HOPELESS, & HURTING women and young girls that are often living in heightened vulnerability to substance use disorder, family violence, criminal thinking, and other maladaptive behaviors.
